Facility Rentals

The Alberta Avenue Community Centre is a large multi-functional facility located in north central Edmonton only ten minutes from downtown Edmonton on a major bus route.

 

Spaces for rent:

Hodson Hall

A large hall with kitchen and bar. Great for festivals and large events, weddings, art/theatre events and more.

Lutz Meeting Room

Great for small parties, programs, classes, meetings, presentations or conference break-out room.

Small Gym

Appropriate for fitness classes, small sports groups, dance, or break-out sessions.

Lounge

400 sq ft sunken lounge, open to front entryway and hall. Appropriate for informal meetings or gatherings. Or just a place to hang out will waiting for participants in programs.

Rental Policies:

  • Facility Rental Agreement may be downloaded for your review. Please call the league to confirm availability and complete the contract.

  • Rentals must be confirmed with a 25% rental deposit. At least 45 days cancellation notice must be given otherwise the deposit will be forefitted.

  • The balance of the rental fee and the damage deposit are due two weeks before the rental (both will be cashed). Damage deposit will be returned within two weeks.

  • The renter is required to provide confirmation of short term rental insurance coverage and/or host liquor liability insurance. Check with your personal homeowner's insurance or organization insurance policy or click here to download an a rental insurance application from Foster Park Baskett or visit www.palcanada.com or www.sports-can.ca for other options.

  • AACL members will receive a 25% discount on Hodson Hall rentals and 50% discount on gym or meeting room rentals. Members must be present at the event. The board reserves the right to limit the number of discounted rentals to which a member is entitled.
